One of the symbols of Romagna's gastronomy is undoubtedly the piadina, whose thickness varies depending on the area. A simple but very versatile recipe: the piadina is excellent when stuffed, in its classic version, with cheeses, cold cuts, or vegetables, but it’s also perfect as an accompaniment to other dishes. Fish is always featured on the menu at Hotel Abarth, prepared in various ways with all the expertise of our chefs.
Caressed by the scent of the sea, you’ll have the chance to enjoy a buffet lunch, choosing from hot and cold dishes, first and second courses with meat and fish, vegetables, salads, appetizers, and fruit. During lunch, fountain drinks (water, orange soda, cola, and wine) are included.
